Narciso Rodriguez and Beauté Prestige International form joint venture
Narciso Rodriguez and Beauté Prestige International announce the formation of a new joint venture. The joint venture, which will be 70% owned by Narciso Rodriguez Corporation and 30% owned by Beauté Prestige International (BPI), will house the Narciso Rodriguez trademark in class 3, fragrance and cosmetics. The Narciso Rodriguez trademarks in all other categories will be wholly owned by Narciso Rodriguez Corporation. This venture follows the brand’s expansion of its core ready-to-wear business and the launch of its accessories collection. The formation of this joint venture consolidates the licensing agreement between the two companies, with new projects planned for as early as 2014.
