London-based milliner Olivia Roat has appointed Nicole Levy PR to manage its PR activity. Previously trained by Philip Treacy, Olivia designs and makes bespoke head pieces and hats from her studio in Chelsea. The spring / summer 2014 collection references the traditional British summertime garden tea party and mixes stylish and decadent 3D design with natural feminine elegance. Olivia has created the exclusive Love Heart Rose style to coincide with Valentines Day.
