Notion PR has been appointed to handle fashion designer Samuel Dougal. This season marks the designer’s London Fashion Week debut at the BFC Designer Showrooms, launching his first ready-to-wear collection. Sam has previously worked with the likes of Rihanna and Paloma Faith.
