Penhaligon’s has partnered with Clifton Nurseries for the launch of its latest fragrance, Ostara. Created by Master Perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour, Ostara is a modern interpretation of the delicate and incandescent daffodil flower. Clifton Nurseries, one of London’s oldest horticultural institutions, will partner with the brand for the launch of the British perfume house’s new solar floral. Throughout March, the garden emporium and The Quince Tree café within the nursery will be awash with a fragrant sea of daffodils. Bespoke Ostara floral arrangements will be sold within the shop alongside bottles of the scent and a bespoke afternoon tea, inspired by notes within the fragrance, will be available within the café. Ostara samples will also be given to all customers who use the #bulbtobloom hash-tag on social media. The afternoon tea has been created exclusively by The Quince Tree’s Head Chef, Carl Jackman. One pound from each booking will be donated to national charity Green Fingers – an organisation which creates inspiring, magical gardens for children’s hospices all around the UK.
