April marks the launch of Penhaligon’s new fragrance, Tralala, inspired by designers Edward Meadham and Benjamin Kirchhoff. Meadham Kirchhoff’s shows have been scented by Penhaligon’s for the past nine seasons, resulting in an ongoing collaboration. Created by Master Perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour, Tralala features a blend of aldehydes, saffron, whiskey, ambrette seed butter, galbanum, violet leaf absolute top notes; carnation, leather, tuberose, ylang ylang, orris, incense heart notes; and myrrh resinoid, opoponax absolute, patchouli, vetiver, cedarwood, heliotrope, musk, vanilla base notes. Priced at £150, Tralala Eau de Parfum launches exclusively at Harvey Nichols on April 21 and in the UK at Penhaligon’s boutiques and online at penhaligons.com on May 5.
