Pete Wicks teams with BARRY M for WILDLIFE campaign

Working with Barry M and makeup artist Anna Lingis, Pete Wicks is supporting Barry M’s WILDLIFE campaign. Barry M Wildlife is a new makeup range – which includes the endangered Pangolin and Rhino eyeshadow palettes Pete’s championing here – which raises funds for conservation charity, David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation. Old friend, Anna Lingis (Make Up Artist on the photoshoot), works with Barry M so Pete got to hear about Barry M’s WILDLIFE range and the campaign. He thought it was a really nice idea and, since he enjoys working with Anna, together with Barry M, we all came up with the idea of Anna painting Pete ‘for WILDLIFE’. Although Pete’s not really in the market for eyeshadow (!), his social media following is largely female and it seemed a great and ‘different’ way to support the campaign, marketing the eye shadow palettes (£7.99) and to highlight the plight of the featured creatures – especially Pangolins which many people haven’t heard of. At least 20% of net profits from all WILDLIFE products go to charity – to David Sheppard Wildlife Foundation – who are working to protect all the species featured in WILDLIFE products. In this case Pangolins and Rhinos. Barry M’s Snow Leopard and Tiger Palettes (launched last year) are available at BarryM.com and the new Pangolin and Rhino Palettes are available at Superdrug, larger Boots and at BarryM.com.
