Purple has announced two new clients to their Talent division. Ashley Hicks is a British designer trained at the Architectural Association in London. He has worked both for his late father, the famed interior designer David Hicks, and for his own design practice. His work spans private and public commissions as well as interior design objects, wallpaper, fabric, furniture and flooring. Ashley has worked previously on product collaborations with brands including Frette, Jo Malone and Orlebar Brown. Purple will be representing Ashley for commercial projects and collaborations. Sophie Ashby (pictured) is an interior architect and already a client in the Purple Lifestyle division. Sophie founded Studio Ashby in 2014 following her design education at Parsons in New York. She has since designed interiors for townhouses in London, a country house in Somerset and been commissioned to redesign a boutique hotel in South Africa. In 2015 she was shortlist for International Interior Designer of The Year. Purple talent will now represent Sophie for commercial projects and collaborations.
