River Island announces a collaboration with international charity War Child, partnering on an exclusive Come Together T-shirt. This exclusive design was originally worn by John Lennon, famously pictured with his wife Yoko Ono in 1971. The Come Together logo has been donated under license for this project by Worn Free, a California based t-shirt company that specialises in re-creating clothing once worn by music legends. Available in two colours in men’s, women’s and children’s styles, River Island will be donating profits from the sale of each t-shirt directly to War Child. The Come Together War Child T-shirt design will go on sale in selected stores and online from May 2014 following a launch event to mark the partnership.
