November 6 sees the launch of Shiseido’s Sparkling Party Palette. Developed exclusively by Artistic Director Dick Page, the palette is inspired by the tangles of ribbons and clusters of ornaments. The palette is enriched with champagne toned highlighters, and bold, opulent hues for eyes and lips. Available exclusively at House of Fraser, the palette is priced at £45.
