Newly launched luxury designer footwear brand, Ming Ray has announced the appointment of SUPR (Samara Ullmann Public Relations) to handle its international PR and social media activity. SUPR will support the UK launch, as well as managing the brand’s reputation as interest and intrigue builds momentum internationally.
