Fashion label and design initiative, Textile Federation launches this AW13 with collections stocked in Urban Outfitters, Topshop and on ASOS. Based in London, Textile Federation nurtures a community of contemporary print designers to produce fashion forward clothing that is creative, affordable and unique. Originally known as Beta Fashion, the brand has relaunched as Textile Federation and follows the same design process as with the highly successful scarf collections, but with a new focus on apparel to become a full lifestyle brand that coordinates print stories across entire ranges. Textile Federation discovers and supports young design talent from the outset. For each collection, Textile Federation asks design talent around the world to explore a story through print, working with a creative brief to produce truly original innovative fashion. This season, four designers, Lynda Conway (Dandelion DREAMS), Elmira Amirova (Egyptian Mystery), Amy Hillyard (Midnight Garden) and Alexander Romaneiwicz (Diamond Flower) have designed exclusive prints for Textile Federation’s debut collection. Prices start from £30.
