Marshmallow brand The Marshmallowists has appointed Appear Here PR to handle all press and social media for their line of gourmet marshmallows. Appear Here PR will also handle profile opportunities for Smart & Simms, the entrepreneurial duo behind the concept. Founded in late 2012, the brand is leading the UK’s latest sweet food trend, offering a modern take on American marshmallows. The range is currently comprised of eight unique flavour combinations including Raspberry & Champagne, Pear & Elderflower and Passion Fruit & Ginger. The marshmallows are available to order online at themarshmallowists.co.uk and at the brand’s market stall on Portobello Road every Saturday. Smart & Simms also take bespoke orders and work with a number of brands and PR agencies for events.
