The team behind The Photography Show has announced the launch of Capture Birmingham. Launched with support from Visit Birmingham, the new regional event is set to take place on March 19-20, 2016. Capture Birmingham will see photography and arts organisations from across the city invite the public to celebrate the world of photography through a series of exhibitions, photo walks and workshops. With the aim of positioning Birmingham as a UK destination for photography, Capture Birmingham will welcome anyone and everyone interested in photography, from seasoned professionals to those who simply like looking at and appreciating inspiring images. The event will incorporate all aspects of photography and any organisations or individuals hosting a related event in or around Birmingham at that time can submit event details online to become a part of the weekend’s activities.
