August sees the launch of a new Cat Eyes palette from Too Faced cosmetics brand. Inspired by eye make-up trends from ancient Egypt to the mod 60s, the punk 80s, and today; this palette contains nine new shades in matte, shimmer and glitter textures in warm and cool tones. It also includes three wet-and-dry formulas for precision lining and comes in a range of shades from a sheer wash of colour to highly pigmented shadows. The palette also includes a how-to Glamour Guide offering step-by-step application instructions for three Cat Eye looks. Cat Eyes is priced at £32 available from August 11 at Debenhams.
