Urban Retreat at Harrods has announced the opening of its new beauty space, The Moroccan Hamman marocMaroc. Officially open to the public from January 2015, The Moroccan Hammam marocMaroc at Urban Retreat is a joint partnership between Urban Retreat and marocMaroc, Morocco’s leading skincare line. The Boutique will exclusively retail marocMaroc beauty products. There will also be a concept store designed to bring those hidden Moroccan treasures directly to its clients and to allow them to take a piece of their hammam experience home with them. Traditional black soap and Kessa gloves will be available for sale along with exclusive Moroccan Hammam bath robes and slippers, allowing clients to recreate their very own hammam ritual at home. The seasonal concept store will retail Moroccan fashion, jewellery and traditional artisan leather goods. The product offering will be sourced with complete care and attention and determined by what would be available in Morocco during a particular season. The longer term objective will be to partner with designers to create Limited Edition Moroccan Hammam pieces to help the overall brand name. The Moroccan Hamman marocMaroc also features Treatment Rooms which offer a range of massages, facials, wraps and exfoliations including Ceremonial Massage (50 mins for £80), Purity Facial (50 mins for £90), Radiance Facial (50 mins for £90), Miel d’Ambre Exfoliation (40 mins for £55) and Roses de Sucre Hydration Wrap (40 mins for £65)
