Coffin on Cake PR has been appointed by Portland (US) based fashion label Wildfang to handle its global communications strategy and all press and brand enquiries with immediate effect. The appointment will see Coffin on Cake support the global development of Wildfang.com, the brand and retail brand founded by Nike breakaways Emma McIlroy and Julia Parsley. The agency’s remit also includes driving the Wildfang global momentum through upcoming digital brand activations, launching their key white label collections and developing Wildfang’s influencer seeding. Wildfang.com launched in March 2013 with the aim to ‘liberate menswear, one bowtie at a time’ and saw over 22,000 women sign-up in just 30 days, attracting high-profile fans including Casey Legler, Banks and Kristen Stewart.
