Versus Versace launches in New York

 

Tonight the new look for the Versus Versace tribe will be revealed in New York at a live event, including JW Anderson’s capsule collection. Everything about the Versus Versace event will break the usual fashion show rules. Creative Director Donatella Versace and JW Anderson will prepare the models in a visible backstage complete with one-way mirrors, while the runway will be intercut with live performances from Grimes, Angel Haze and Dead Sara. The event will then transform into a party with special guest DJ Maxwell. Content from the event can be viewed at versusversace.com with Versus Versace immediately available today (May 15) and JW Anderson’s capsule collection to follow on June 15. The event marks the first in a series which will take Versus Versace around the world, breaking out of fashion’s seasonal cycle by revealing new collections through new formats and making them available online shortly after.
